Our Story
We are Brian and Tracy McCarty, the owners of Tipsy Taps LLC. With a love for vintage vehicles and owning a few, we knew when we saw this 1947 Chevy Panel Truck out of Arizona that she would be perfect for the wild idea of combining a mobile bar and a vintage vehicle.
We started our journey in 2022 when we got our first tap truck. It’s been great to see the enthusiasm within the community. Beer, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic drinks are available on-tap at our one-stop full-service bar.
The unique thing about us is that we have our beer and wine catering liquor license! Don’t worry about buying alcohol or figuring out how much to buy let us know your palate preference and we will handle the rest.
Additionally, we’re fully insured with liquor liability insurance and our bartenders are MAST certified so you know we’re Doing it right when we serve your guests. Even though we are just getting started, we are going to add a Tipsy Gypsy (1965 3-wheel Westcoaster mailster) and a 1951 GMC delivery truck to the pub fleet for added fun.

Our tap truck services can be easily customized for any level of professional corporate event. And when it comes to your special day, we want your wedding to be the best day of your life! Our experienced staff will take care of everything from the tasting to the cleanup.
We’re here to give you a unique bar experience by transforming a classic Chevy panel truck into a mobile bar with an assortment of drinks that are sure to satisfy you.
Our Mobile bar has a draft system that enables us to deliver cold beverages out of kegs and keep it eco-friendly by eliminating bottles and cans.
